Support for NQTs and Early Career Teachers

At Woodbridge Park, we take our system-leadership role in developing high-class teachers for the AP and specialist sector very seriously and we are currently refining our internal mentoring and professional development offer to trainees, NQTs, and new entrants to the teaching profession. Whether a teacher remains at WPES for many years or chooses to move on to another specialist setting, we understand that their early career experience with us is going to set them up for future career success.
